- Enroll your employee with the identification number. IDs are given out to employees of the company once they are officially accepted into the system. There’s no other way around this.
- Enter your unique ID and password.

How to Log In as a New User of the System/ how to register your
- Start by going to the same Login Portal above.
- There, click the “Employees and All Other Users” button in the New User Registration menu. This will take you to a secure environment for registering new internet users.
- Enter your one-time ID and type it into the Registration/Unique ID blank at the bottom of the page.
- On the next page, enter the last four digits of your Social Security, your date of birth, and confirm your identity, a new user will be created. That’s all.
In case you click on “Credentialed Providers”, it will take you to another page. Here, enter your Registration/Unique ID, not your SSN (Social Security Number). The system will demand that you share your NPI (National Provider Identifier). Click the next button to register you in eTenet.
How to unlock a blocked account
To unlock a blocked account, choose the corresponding option in the Login Portal. Please note that only registered and verified users can do this. Choose the right option (a Tenet User or a Credentialed Physician) and do it. This can be done within a few minutes.
